Mission Biotech's Trendy Pet Center was a facility in which pets and plants could be genetically improved. Additional information about modifications is listed in the MB Pet Pamphlet, which is found on location. The now abandoned complex is littered with strange animal skulls and purple semi-transparent "ghost spikes" that are especially visible at night. The Mission Biotech complex is also characterized by an abundance of honey trees, which yield the highly valuable honey that has the ability to heal fatal wounds.
The Mission Biotech complex is pictured as jagged spikes along the southern coast of the Peninsula on the Ada Map. It is south-southwest of Olympia and west-southwest of Oldtown. There is also a watchtower to the north-northwest, from which the Mission Biotech facility can be seen (look for the honey trees).
