A British-Columbian city located just north of Port Angeles that is only reachable by a long bridge, presumably Route 101 as seen on the Peninsula Map. The city is separated from the northern British-Columbian wilderness by a tall wall that stretches far into the ocean on either side of the city, which is seemingly linked to the establishment of New Victoria. Victoria is perhaps one of the largest cities, and is similar in size to Bellevue.
The main landmark of Victoria is the monolithic temple, which is thought to have been built by Daichi Mori and Alexander Ward (Triya 18) and is pictured in the Victoria Pic. The remains of the temple are a rectangular grouping of pillars and stone pieces.
